Participation is designed to ask for the minimum and to separate a private enquiry from any future publication.
Development environment. Before accepting real personal data, the responsible entity, final contact channel, and published policy must be approved.
The form stores a name, email, message, enquiry type, language, and consent in a private database. After the contribution is saved, the system sends an internal notification to a project email account so it can be reviewed. Contributions are not published automatically and the form does not request files.
Details are used to review and respond to the enquiry. The CMS flags a retention review after 90 days; deletion is not automatic. Access, correction, or deletion may be requested through the general enquiry path. The current email channel is technical and may later be replaced by an institutional project address.
There is no analytics or advertising. Your Story or Research choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. The admin uses authentication cookies. Form limits use HMAC identifiers that expire after two minutes and are cleaned up on subsequent enquiries.
